Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Gel Blaster Nexus collects on this website, why, and who else receives it. Last updated September 2, 2026.
Information you give us
When you contact a Partnership Manager or book a meeting, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, phone number, company or venue, venue location, and your message. We use it to respond to you, to route your enquiry to the right Partnership Manager, and to keep a record of our conversation in our customer relationship system. We do not sell this information.
How you reached us, and what you read
When you submit a form we include the pages you visited on this site before submitting it, how long each page was visible, and how you arrived — the referring site, any campaign parameters in the link, and advertising click identifiers such as Google's gclid or Meta's fbclid when present. This tells the Partnership Manager who replies what you were actually interested in, so the first conversation is a useful one.
That page history is kept in your own browser and is sent only at the moment you choose to submit a form. If you never get in touch, it never leaves your device and we never see it.
Analytics and advertising
With your consent we use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta pixel to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. These set cookies and share usage information with Google and Meta. They are off until you allow them: decline, or ignore the banner, and those tags are never loaded.
We may also share a secure, irreversible fingerprint (a hash) of a contact's email address or phone number with Google and Meta so they can measure which advertising produced an enquiry, and build audiences of people similar to our existing customers. The hash cannot be read back into an email address by us or by them. We do not share your name, your message, or anything you told a Partnership Manager.
Your choices
You can change or withdraw your analytics and advertising consent at any time, and doing so takes effect immediately.
To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email privacy@gelblaster.com. To be excluded from advertising audiences, say so in that message and we will remove your details from audiences we control.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the conversations that follow are kept in our customer relationship system for as long as we have a business relationship with you or your venue, and afterwards where we need them for legal or accounting reasons. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
